Symptoms or Error


- Launch a desktop desktop in full-screen mode. Then a scaled client resolution is applied to the session as expected.
- Minimize Desktop Viewer window by clicking 'Home' in toolbar.
- Unplug client machine network cable to simulate a network outage.
- Wait for Session Reliability timeout reached and entering Auto Client Reconnection (ACR) phase. This is done by checking taskbar preview image of Desktop Viewer window, which will turn to black image once entering ACR.
- Restore client machine network so that ACR reconnects back to the session.
- Restore Desktop Viewer window from client-side taskbar. Then it is found that session resolution turns to original client resolution, instead of persisting the scaled client resolution.
